Need a different visit schedule or extra attention to part of your home? We can customize a plan that best suits your needs and confirm the scope and price with you. Remote rental readiness checks and trash-day support are available by custom quote. Emergency response is subject to availability; repairs and third-party vendor charges are separate. Homes farther from our usual routes may have an additional travel charge. We’ll discuss any such charge and confirm your total price before service begins.

Each visit includes up to one hour at the home and an update. Additional time is $75 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour of each visit. Grocery shopping time, purchases and third-party vendor charges are extra. Ski logistics, holiday decorating setup or takedown, and other custom requests are quoted in advance.
