Every regular visit includes
We follow a property-specific checklist, send a photo report after each visit, and promptly notify you of concerns. All checks are visual observations unless described otherwise.

- Visual and security check of doors, windows and garage
- Interior walk-through
- Visible plumbing, leak and moisture check
- Thermostat and HVAC temperature observation
- Run faucets and flush toilets, as appropriate
- Visual check of appliances, refrigerator and freezer
- Observation of obvious electrical issues or outages

- Observation for evidence of pests, insects or rodents
- Bring mail and packages inside
- Water plants during the scheduled visit
- Visual check of the hot tub, without chemicals or maintenance
- Move trash cans when reasonably coordinated with the visit
- Visual confirmation of scheduled cleaning, lawn care and snow removal when visits align
- Photo report after the visit
- Prompt owner notification of concerns

When visits align with scheduled work, we can visually confirm that your designated cleaners, lawn care crew and snow removal provider have been by, then let you know if something appears unfinished.
